Digital Designer
We’re looking for a UX/UI designer with 2+ years of relevant experience.

You're a designer who naturally digs into the minds of users and business owners, finds out what the problems are and solves these with creative solutions. You have outstanding analytical thinking skills to create value for clients, and you stand your ground when defending your design choices to them. You have prominent experience with digital products, and you know how to strike the right chord when it comes to digital design strategy.
You think it's challenging and pleasant to be part of a small team in Rotterdam and make an impact in either our and client's teams. You like to work together closely with other designers, product owners, project managers and developers. Getting your hands dirty on long-term product optimization processes and short-term startup MVP design strategies for several clients is something you enjoy. We strongly believe in the importance of having a diverse and inclusive team, so it's definitely a pre if you can play a part in that.

You have a remarkable portfolio, Dribbble- or Behance profile. Your work is most important to us.You have 2+ year experience as a UX/UI or Product Designer and can show your working experience.You have a relevant design education at academic or HBO level.Your solutions strike the perfect balance in client goals, user needs and technology capabilities.You think about UX thoroughly, shape perfect UI's and are capable of defending your choices in Dutch and English.You bend Figma to your will, create functional prototypes in a jiff and preferably have experience in animating.You are a real team player, but also capable of running a project from A-Z individually.You're a real inspiration to the team and clients and win pitches with effective design strategies.Conceptualizing and idealizing digital products for a diverse set of clients.Researching and testing to validate your design choices.Working closely with other designers in our team, our clients and developers.Facilitating and participating in our diverse sprints.Presenting your own designs to clients.Experiencing the entire (agile) design process for small and large projects.As a designer, you're getting involved in all facets of the process.
